30 ROCK SEASON 3 SYNOPSIS
Both Jack and Liz try to balance their relationships with their busy career. After a short fling with Liz's old roomate (guest star Jennifer Aniston), Jack falls for a feisty nurse (guest star Salma Hayek) which lasts through most of the season, but at the end he just can't handle her intensity. Jack also discovers his father isn't his father and he tracks down his biological father, a liberal Democrat. At the end of the season he holds a television special to try to get his dad a much needed kidney.

Liz tries dating a few different guys and ends up dating her neighbor, but he's too shallow for her tastes. She tries throughout the season to adopt, but isn't successful yet.

Jenna stars in an unauthorized biography of Janis Joplin ("Jackie Jormp-Jomp"). Tracy is rolling in dough from the success of his porn video game and holds onto the last bits of his sanity.
