EPISODE SYNOPSIS
Jack is headed for the retreat for forward thinking, where he will meet the Six Sigmas, six men who embody all the principles of success (teamwork, insight, brutality, male enhancement, handshakefulness and play-hard). He brings Liz along because he is nervous. She agrees to go along because there is a spa. While at the retreat, Liz embarrasses Jack in the team building exercises. He co-workers tell him that Liz isn't behaving like a subordinate and he should distance himself. He does, and then Liz declares their friendship over. Later, when he's about to give a speech his attempts to pump himself up are broadcast over the PA system. Liz distracts the crowd by dancing and stripping. She later tells him that it's what friends do.

Back at the studio, Jenna is preparing for her role as Janis Joplin. Frank suggests that she use Wikipedia to research and then quickly edits the page to include crazy information like Janis loved speedwalking and once ate a live cat. Meanwhile, Tracy is upset when Dr. Spaceman tells him that his lifestyle is leading to diabetes. He goes to Kenneth for help and Kenneth tries to explain to Tracy that diabetes is like a witch coming to get him, but it doesn't sink in.

Frank stops Jenna just as she is about to eat a cat. She yells at him and they start to fight about what Frank did, which quickly turns to them making out. The morning after, Jenna asks him to keep it quiet, to which she agrees. Then she is upset that Frank wants to keep it secret - she's the best thing that ever happened to Frank!

In front of some co-workers, many of them female, Jenna reveals that she and Frank were together. It turns out Frank wanted to keep things quiet because he had several relationships going on in the office. The women attack Jenna and she ends up looking like a witch after the attack. She flees, running into Tracy and Kenneth on the way. They are both scared and vow to change Tracy's eating habits right away.
