EPISODE SYNOPSIS
Liz arrives at the office to discover that Frank is using his own urine to water the plants out of the window. He puts it in jars, which she thought was sun tea. Liz finds out her apartment is going to become a condo and Jack advises her to buy the apartment above hers to create her dream home. She goes to meet the neighbor, and immediately realizes he won't be into being bought out. Brian, the neighbor, has a brilliant idea though....he says they should live together so they can both afford to stay. (He assumes she's as poor as he is because of her disheveled clothes). Liz goes to Jenna for advice and Jenna tells her to be full of drama. This only makes Brian like her more, because he's gay and according to Jenna "drama is like gatorade for gays." Liz goes to Tracy for advice and he suggests she get a fake crazy boyfriend to force Brian out. Grizz plays the part, but it turns out Brian is a cop and he handcuffs Grizz. Finally, Liz realizes that Frank is the inspiration she's been looking for.....she sits on a vase to pee as Brian comes home and that finally does the trick. She gets both places and he moves out.

Meanwhile, Jack is concerned because Don Guiss' children are suing each other. He gets advice from Tracy and they both decide that they need vasectomies (Tracy's reason is because "the Cosby show lied....having kids is not fun all the time."). They both go to Dr. Leo Spaceman and Tracy is up first. When he's put under, Tracy has a hallucination that he's Bill Cosby but the house is a mess. He realizes his problem is not children...it's boys. He needs a baby girl! Outside in the waiting room, Jack has a bonding moment with Tracy Jr. and realizes that he wants kids too. He busts into the operating room and stops Tracy's surgery, which Tracy thanks him for when he comes to.

Earlier in the episode, Jack charges Kenneth with reducing the show's energy draw by 5%. He goes around the office and makes suggestions for everyone, which most people follow except Liz who refuses to give up her mini-fridge. Kenneth tells her that if Frank can continue his eco-friendly watering method, she can keep her fridge and she agrees.
