I have unsuccessfully searched forums & boards on several domains for discussions about a possible magazine title as the source of the anagram. With this post I would like to see your create suggestions & perhaps reach a consensus.

In regards to this anagram which Tracy believes to be a threat from the Black Crusaders, 'Outlaw Sour Tray', one may search the following list that was generated from the anagram engine at wordsmith.org :
