Why is Tina Fay not playing Sara Palin in new movie?

Tina Fay nailed the part of Sara Palin with remarkable resemblance, & even sounded like her, on SNL.
Why is she not playing the part in the new movie about McCain & Palin? I believe it's a role made just
for her because she would have been perfect for it. She must have turned down an offer to play the part. Do you find this valuable?
